Smooch’s Palace, with views to the ocean and coastal hinterland and with its abundance of natural light, demanded a restrained palette to emphasis the beauty and tranquility of its surroundings. Home to a busy family of five, spanning three generations, the design brief was to create a home that could withstand everything that life could throw at it.  We were brought into the project at a time when the family had to vacate the premises due to extensive flooding damaging both levels of the home. With an emphasis on quality and time management, we designed a home that is timeless and can withstand the daily grind that a family demands of its interiors.
